Robo's Escape

This Projekt was made as a grade for university.

Put yourself in the shoes of Robo, a discarded robot who awakens shortly before being scrapped and can only escape the factory by relearning his lost skills. 

Robo awakens in a huge, rusty room deep inside an industrial plant that is inexorably pulling him toward destruction. With no memories and no idea why he is here, he begins to work his way out. After this initial escape, Robo's path leads him through sprawling warehouses and production facilities of a highly automated factory. Old, aged structures contrast with functioning systems and machines that unwaveringly follow their routines. The environment appears both outdated and modern, conveying the character of an industry from a bygone era. As the game progresses, Robo rediscovers his lost abilities. Precise jumping, controlled sliding, wall running, and swinging with a grappling hook expand his range of movement and open up alternative routes through the facility. As a fast-paced jump-and-run game with parkour elements, the game focuses on flow, control, and repeatability, inviting players to optimize their paths and improve their times.
